Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.


Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.

Please package up the item(s) to be returned without the package box.

We offer one free exchange/return per order. Return costs will be paid by the buyer in advance. We do not offer freight collect (FTC) service. Additional return packages require the buyer to bear shipping costs.

Items may be returned or exchange within 90 days of the purchase date, provided the following requirements are met:

Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, odorless, and in new, original, perfect condition. Items that are messy, stained, or obviously worn will not be accepted for return.

Please note that we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during washing or dry cleaning such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, bleaching, ironing damage, heat damage, damaged seams or buttons goods.

The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged - ① Clearance items, ② Silk underwear, ③ Customized items, ④ Monogram items

Once your return package has been received by Real Silk Life, please allow up to 3-5 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. Once you receive a refund notification, Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
